1. Agreement to Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access the website or engage our services.
2. Digital Services & Scope of Work
- Statements of Work (SOW): Specific deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, and project scopes will be outlined in individual service agreements, proposals, or invoices.
- Client Obligations: Clients agree to provide timely feedback, assets, account access, and information required for EliteRankers to complete agreed deliverables. Delays caused by third parties or client approval bottlenecks may affect project completion dates.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
We use the collected information for business purposes, including:
- Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, the client retains full ownership of custom code, bespoke website assets, CRM builds, and design deliverables produced specifically for their project.
- Agency Portfolio Rights: Unless restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), EliteRankers retains the right to display completed projects, case studies, and performance benchmarks in our portfolio and marketing materials.
4. Payment Terms & Subscriptions
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data only under the following strict conditions:
- Invoicing: Service fees are due according to the payment schedule specified in your project agreement or monthly retainer invoice.
- Retainers: Ongoing services (e.g., monthly SEO, Ad management, E-commerce operations) are billed on a recurring cycle.
- Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in temporary suspension of active development, campaign deployment, or service maintenance.
5. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EliteRankers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising out of or in connection with our website or services.
- While we employ industry-standard white-hat SEO and growth strategies, search engine algorithms and third-party ad platforms operate independently. We do not guarantee specific rank positions or ad revenue outcomes outside of defined strategic KPIs.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer or project agreement according to the cancellation notice periods specified in the signed project contract or SOW. Upon termination, any outstanding balances for completed work become due immediately.
